Daily WinsPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how the Daily Wins AI Habit Tracker iPhone app (the "app") and the dailywins.ai website (the "site") handle information. Daily Wins is operated by Daniel Gnecco ("we", "us"). Questions: hello@dailywins.ai.
The short version: we don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising, and the app doesn't track you across other companies' apps or websites. The data the app collects is described in its App Store privacy label as not linked to your identity.
1. Information the app collects
The categories below match the app's privacy label on the App Store.
- What you enter (user content). Your goal, habits, morning check-in answers (such as your energy level, your main win and what's in your way), main-win steps and similar entries. We use them to make the app work: to build your plan for the day, fill your Win Meter, keep your streak and show your history.
- Purchase history. Whether you have Premium, and which in-app purchases (such as a Streak Repair) you've made. We use it to unlock what you paid for, and in aggregate to understand which plans people choose.
- Usage data (product interaction). Information about how the app is used, such as which screens and features are opened. We use it to keep the app working and to understand and improve it.
- Identifiers (user ID). An identifier the app uses so that features like your Premium status and your data work correctly. It isn't your name, email address or Apple Account.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, contacts, precise location or photos in order to use the app.
2. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence, for example the AI-built Win Plan and the AI coach in Premium. To produce a plan or a reply, the text and choices you give that feature (such as your check-in answers, main win, goal and habits) are sent to an AI service provider that processes them on our behalf and returns a result. Please don't enter information you wouldn't want processed this way, such as health details, passwords or other people's personal information.
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It's a suggestion for planning your day, not medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice.
3. Payments
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your card details. Apple tells the app whether a purchase is active so we can unlock Premium. Apple's handling of your payment information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Notifications, widgets and Live Activities
If you allow notifications, the app sends reminders for your habits. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Daily Wins. Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and the Dynamic Island show your streak, habits, quote and Win Meter on your device. Anyone who can see your screen can see them, so remove the widgets if that matters to you.
5. Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the app: hosting and data storage, the AI service provider described in section 2, analytics, and subscription management. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Apple, for purchases, App Store distribution and the iOS features you choose to use.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to provide the app, or as long as the law requires. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your iPhone. To ask us to delete data held by us or our service providers, email hello@dailywins.ai. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit some processing. Email hello@dailywins.ai and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. Because app data isn't linked to your identity, we may ask for details that help us find it, such as the date of a purchase.
8. Children
Daily Wins is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we handle, and we require our service providers to do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. This website
You can read dailywins.ai without an account. The site doesn't use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and it doesn't have forms. It's hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. App Store links take you to Apple, where Apple's policies apply. If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply.
11. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how the app uses your information, we'll also tell you in the app or on the App Store listing.
